The Mental Health Parity Analyst is a 9-month contract role requiring 3+ years of data or project management experience. Responsibilities include project management for client engagements, vendor coordination, ensuring high-quality deliverables, managing project plans and budgets, facilitating meetings, preparing client deliverables, providing daily support to clients, collaborating with internal teams, and producing analytical reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A background in human capital, health and welfare programs, or experience with a U.S.-based consulting or healthcare firm is preferred. We are currently seeking a Mental Health Parity Analyst for a 9-month project with an industry-leading client in the insurance sector. As a Mental Health Parity Analyst, you will be responsible for driving key projects, managing vendor coordination, and ensuring client deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, gaining valuable insights into health benefits and project management in the insurance field. This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their knowledge while making a tangible impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the project manager and primary liaison for consultants and Health & Benefits (H&B) teams on smaller client engagements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Schedule and facilitate status meetings, ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients.
  • Prepare initial and final drafts of client deliverables for consultant review.
  • Provide daily support for group purchasing clients, addressing benefit-related inquiries and maintaining enrollment materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Produce and analyze reports based on client requirements, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and on-point.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data or project management.
  • Proven experience in project management with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal interactions.
  • Strong client service orientation and the ability to respond promptly and effectively.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Background in Human Capital and/or health and welfare programs is preferred.
  • Prior experience with a U.S.-based consulting or healthcare firm is a plus.

To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
