ComeOn Group seeks a Responsible Gaming (RG) Analyst fluent in Scandinavian, Nordic, or Dutch, and English. Responsibilities include monitoring player behavior, conducting risk assessments, engaging with at-risk players, and collaborating with operational teams. The Analyst will contribute to RG policy development, prepare regulatory reports, and participate in projects to improve player protection. Experience in iGaming, data analysis, and customer-facing roles is required. The role is hybrid, based in Malta.

Location: Malta - Hybrid

We are looking for a dedicated Responsible Gaming (RG) Analyst to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will safeguard player well-being by monitoring behavior, managing escalated cases, and directly engaging with at-risk players. Your work will ensure compliance with regulations while driving continuous improvement in responsible gaming practices.

As a key member of the Responsible Gaming team, you’ll collaborate with Operational and Compliance teams to advance the company’s Social Responsibility policies and assist customer-facing departments with RG-related queries. By proactively engaging with players and upholding Duty of Care procedures, you’ll help ensure a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the RG team to manage daily operations and investigate cases escalated by Customer Experience (CX) and other operational teams.
  • Monitor player behavior to identify signs of problem gambling or risky activity using available tracking tools.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments to determine appropriate interventions.
  • Engage with at-risk players via email and phone, providing guidance on responsible gaming tools and resources.
  • Offer empathetic support while addressing RG concerns effectively.
  • Leverage behavioral tracking tools and solutions to enhance both personal and team performance in RG case management.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of RG processes and policies.
  • Assist in preparing detailed RG reports to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Take an active role in RG-related projects aimed at improving tools, processes, and overall player protection strategies.

About you:

  • Fluent in either a Scandinavian language, Nordic language, Danish or Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken. 
  • At least 1 year experience in iGaming with a minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in effectively analysing player data and making inferences regarding risk warnings
  • Have an understanding of the regulatory frameworks connected to the licences the company holds
  • Interested in the psychology behind gambling and specifically problem gambling
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
