Job Description

This position supports the teams with the creation of Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategies for Latin America (LatAm) to unlock revenue and profit opportunities. This involves working on the top level of the Profit & Loss statement (Sales, Trade Investment, and Gross Margin) by improving Net revenue management pillars (pricing, trade investment, assortment mix). Key responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on revenue opportunities in pricing, ideal assortment, trade investment, and promotion management. Collaboration with key stakeholders across NRM pillars, including Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Marketing, is crucial. Utilizing the Trade Investment Management Tool within SAP effectively and assisting the LatAm NRM team in formulating strategies and establishing Standard Procedures are also essential.
Must have:
  • Experience in Commercial, Revenue Management & Finance areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools and ideally in Power BI and SalesForce
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive, analytical & fast learner
  • Excellent presentation skills

About the role

Net Revenue Management is a key area within Haleon. This position will support the teams with the creation of NRM strategies for LatAm, in order to unlock revenue and profit opportunities by working on the top level of the P&L (Sales, Trade Investment and Gross Margin) by improving Net revenue management pillars (pricing, trade investment, assortment mix).

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities in the following areas:
    • Pricing
    • Ideal Assortment
    • Trade Investment
    • Promotion Management
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across NRM pillars, including Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, and Marketing.
  • Utilize the Trade Investment Management Tool within SAP effectively.
  • Assist the LatAm NRM team in formulating strategies and establishing Standard Procedures.

Qualifications and skills

·Experience in Commercial, Revenue Management & Finance areas.

·Proficiency in Microsoft office tools and ideally in Power BI and SalesForce

·Fluent in English.

·Proactive, analytical & fast learner.

·Excellent presentation skills
