Job Summary:We are looking for a Project Manager to manage our brand campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large scale integrated marketing projects across multiple media platforms including digital, social, experiential, print & OOH. This role requires someone who has strong project management skills, great communication skills, ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and handle tight deadlines. You should be able to think creatively, problem solve and collaborate effectively with teams across functions to deliver high quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the execution of all assigned projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, account management) to ensure successful delivery of all projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for each project.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards throughout all phases of production.
• Provide regular updates on project status to senior leadership.
• Conduct post-project analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Experience with project management platforms: Smart-Sheet, MS Project etc.
