Job Description

This role is a New Business Account Executive focusing on Affiliate and Publishers in the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a strong pipeline of new business, acquiring business agreements through outbound prospecting and relationship management, and consulting clients to achieve their online marketing goals using Google's marketing solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Shopping, etc.). The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the UK/Irish advertising market, consultative sales, and business development, along with proven success in full life-cycle sales. Experience with C-level clients and affiliate/publisher verticals is preferred. The position requires excellent communication, influencing, and solution-design skills to drive customer success.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in the UK and Irish Markets in advertising, consultative sales, and business development.
  • 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing comprehensive performance based advertising solutions.
  • Experience with C-level clients to achieve business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Experience in the Affiliates and Publishers (AFS, Rsoc) verticals.
  • Experience in building a pipeline through focus and execution.
  • Ability to design marketing solutions using product knowledge to drive success for our customers.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full business cycle from prospecting to closing, managing the relationship for another and after closure, work with our account team to drive performance.
  • Build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, etc.).
