The Tide Partnerships team, positioned within the Member Accession Marketing team, plays a crucial role in Tide’s overall marketing strategy by driving new member acquisitions through the establishment and nurturing of strategic partnerships.
We are looking for a dynamic, execution-driven, and commercially-focused Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Tide’s growth by fostering meaningful partnerships that drive business success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of partnership strategies aimed at expanding Tide's existing partnership network and securing new, high-value collaborations. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver growth, enhance our market presence, and support business goals.

  • Run campaigns with existing partners — collaborate with internal teams and partners to design, execute, and optimise campaigns that convert and engage.
  • Build meaningful relationships — be the go-to person for our partners, supporting them and making sure we deliver real value on both sides.
  • Use data to guide decisions — track and analyse partnership performance, spotting opportunities to improve and share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally — team up with Product, Marketing, Risk, Design, Data Science, and Compliance to ensure partnerships are integrated smoothly and aligned with Tide’s goals.
  • Stay curious about the market — keep up with industry trends and competitor moves to spot new opportunities and keep Tide ahead of the curve.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience managing partnerships or business development, ideally in fintech or B2B.
  • You have a history of identifying and securing scalable partnerships within fast-growing companies or industries.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot and act on revenue growth opportunities.
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with performance metrics to steer strategy.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about helping small businesses succeed and excited to contribute to Tide’s mission.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage your workload while aligning to Tide’s broader goals.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, where agility and adaptability are key to success.
  • An understanding of core marketing principles to help guide and unlock campaigns with partners.

WHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN

  • Flexible working options
  • Share options
  • Group Life Insurance
  • Vitality Health Insurance, with a proactive focus on mental and physical wellbeing
  • 25 days holiday with the ability to buy extra days
  • 3 days for L&D or volunteering time off per year
  • We invest in your development with a professional L&D budget
  • Pension contributions
  • Access to ‘salary sacrifice’ benefits
  • Spacious brand-new office near Old Street with an all-day snacks bar
  • Enhanced family-friendly leave
  • Sabbatical leave
