PlayStation Network(PSN)プラットフォームの進化を担っているエンジニアリング部門です。

具体的にはプレイステーションのライフサイクルを構成する、クライアントソフトウェアからゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャルコミュニティ機能などをプラットフォームサービスとしてコンシューマーに、SDKとしてゲーム開発者に提供しています。

イノベーションを促進するため、年数回アイデアをプロトタイプする社内コンテスト（ハッカソン）も行っています。実際にそこから商品化された例も多数あります。

本募集をしている部署では、PSNプラットフォームをPCゲーム分野に向け開拓し、そこでの新たなビジネスを創造するというミッションにチーム一丸で取り組んでいます。部署では、役職や役割に縛られず、フラットに議論・提案ができる風土、比較的新しいチームであるため裁量の大きさ、個人の成長と活躍をサポートする体制があります。また国内（同フロア）での各チームとの協業のほかに、海外の企画チーム、エンジニアチーム、デザイナーとの協業も多く、グローバルに活躍できる機会もあります。

▪️職務紹介

月間アクティブユーザーが1億人を超えるPlayStaition Network(PSN)プラットフォームでは、魅力的で高品質なゲームプレイ・エンタテインメント体験を提供しています。弊社では、ビジネスをさらに広げ、さらなるユーザを獲得をしようとしており、PCゲームからもPSNプラットフォームを利用するためのSDKを開発・提供しています。本求人では、SDK開発チームとして、SDKへの新規機能の開発や改善、国内外のゲーム開発スタジオへのSDKの導入サポートする役割のソフトウェアエンジニアを募集しています。

開発業務では、クライアント側のSDK API（C/C++）の担当を行います。当チームでは国内外の関係チーム（数百人）と連携しながら、当チームが主体となりSDKの開発、基盤の整備やリリース作業を行います。ソフトウェア分野の幅広い知識がある（ジェネラリスト）と望ましく、特にマルチスレッド環境でのプログラミング技術や、ネットワークプログラミングの技術、Windowsに限らず複数のOS/プラットフォームでの開発経験・知識があればさらに活躍できると思います。これらがなくても、未知の分野に対しての興味や学習意欲、ゲームやSDKへの興味がある方、新しいチャレンジがしたい方、是非ご応募ください。
