We're looking for a People Analytics & Insights Intern to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Analytics, you'll be responsible for:
- Solving problems creatively by using proxy data and generating clear documentation that informs smarter business decisions.
- Building self-service analytics tools that empower leaders to explore employee data independently.
- Analyzing trends and predicting outcomes by building models and providing proactive insights into workforce processes.
- Collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to create compelling business reports.
- Presenting actionable insights to managers in a way that drives decision-making.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Actively pursuing a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of advanced statistical methods like regression and random forest analysis.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Clear communication skills to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
