Responsibilities - Identify and establish key procurement metrics to measure procurement efficiency and effectiveness, such as purchase lead time, cost effectiveness, compliance level, and supplier performance. - Develop and optimize data visualization tools and dashboards to make complex data sets more understandable and analyzable. - Collect and analyze data on market procurement needs, suppliers, and procurement processes in their respective regions. - Collaborate with cross-regional teams to share data insights and best practices to coordinate global procurement strategies. - Design data mart architectures and subject tables for procurement analysis.

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: - Constructing advanced queries using SQL; - Using SQL coding and database management systems to extract, transform, and analyze data; - Building, tuning and validating statistical models for regression and classification problems; - Designing and modeling data warehouse to support data analytics, reporting, and data applications; - Designing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key data and insights; and - Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to manage and evaluate business performance.
