Join our dynamic team as a Portfolio Support Manager, a strategic role that collaborates with other teams and business to create insights and presentations for senior leaders within the Career Delivery organization. Thus enabling leadership to make informed decisions significantly contributing to the success of the organization.
We will count on you to:
- Act as a enabler with the portfolio managers to proactively improve process and product quality
- Work closely with portfolio managers to enable them to work with client-facing teams, survey production, and Order Management to ensure alignment with standards and methodologies.
- Gather data and collate information for creating the product profitability reports
- Lead and build strong market and product-centric knowledge
- Provide useful insights to business to take informed decisions leading to business growth and expansion
- Create content and presentations for leadership visits and markets
- Centralized stakeholder feedback management for product portfolio teamsMaintain and dashboard the monthly internal KPI metrics for all the product portfolio teams
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and try to create solutions that are more outward looking
What you need to have:
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and drive market influence.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to derive insights that inform decision-making and support product development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain effective relationships between business units and operations.
- Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, including change management and planning for strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate awareness efforts, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and address concerns effectively, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and business needs.
