Join our client's team as a Contract Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing manufacturer sales rebate contracts. Your expertise will ensure the seamless verification, creation, and maintenance of these contracts, contributing to the overall success of our client's operations.
Membership Verification & Account Management (30%):
Update and maintain membership directories for contracts.
Confirm eligibility of accounts before linking them to contracts, coordinating with sales representatives and manufacturers for approvals.
Notify sales representatives of any changes in account contract status.
Contract Creation & Maintenance (25%):
Administer and track manufacturer sales rebate contracts, ensuring data accuracy.
Request contract renewals or extensions and compare new contracts with existing ones, highlighting significant changes.
Maintain contract sell prices at both plan and customer levels, and manage various contract files.
Chargeback Analysis & Reconciliation (20%):
Prepare and distribute chargeback details to manufacturers monthly.
Analyze chargeback activity and reconcile discrepancies, collaborating with finance teams for collections.
Pricing Discrepancy Resolution (10%):
Analyze and resolve pricing issues, providing guidance to sales representatives and other departments.
Additional Responsibilities (15%):
Engage in special projects and recommend workflow improvements.
Prepare and distribute reports to the Contract Rebate team, highlighting changes in customer information and contract statuses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle complex issues.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Typically requires 4+ years of related experience.
High School education or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
