Product Configration Specialist - IN

The Product Configuration Specialist will create and define standard product offerings and items within multiple business systems. This role acts as the primary interface between Business Units and Functional Groups, managing all item/offer inputs and working cross-functionally. Responsibilities include ensuring item data meets quality standards and business rules, contributing to the development of standard operating procedures, and understanding the interdependencies of product information within different business systems. The specialist will interface with business partners, collect requirements, define functional specifications, provide consultative recommendations, and coordinate the deployment of new items. They will also be responsible for item setup, maintenance, end-of-life processes, and data integrity. A thorough understanding of product information data models, system interfaces, and processes is crucial. This role also serves as a cross-functional resource on business projects.
