Job Description

As Regional Vice President, Sales at Zscaler, you will recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team, exceeding targets. You'll understand and address customer needs using Zscaler's value proposition, acting as the GM for your region, creating strategic plans, and forecasting accurately. Responsibilities include executive sponsorship of key partnerships, generating pipeline, and driving opportunities to closure. You will foster a culture embracing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This role requires 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security, with second-line leadership experience and C-level engagement.

Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Vice President to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Vice President of the UK, you'll be responsible to:

  • Recruit, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets
  • Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition
  • Be the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly across 4 teams.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
  • Foster a culture which embraces DE&I

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industry
  • 2nd line leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • You have established relationships with current and prospective customers
  • You understand the bigger picture, customer goals and how technology can facilitate them
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
