The Responsible Procurement and Compliance (RP&C) team within Microsoft are experts in risk governance, supply chain due diligence, supplier sustainability and inclusive buying, data privacy, security, and Responsible AI. As the Responsible Procurement & Compliance Group Program Manager, Process Excellence, you will drive process excellence, innovation and program management across our RP&C team while coordinating with broader stakeholder teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring our processes are optimized for maximum value for our stakeholders and the program management of initiatives that are instrumental in assisting the organization achieve its goals.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
