This is an Individual Contributor role, primarily to derive analytic insights into client and team performance, prepare regular reporting, and deliver process and tool improvements. This role will formulate and source the necessary datasets from internal tools and platforms to render insights in compelling presentations and visualizations. This role is also responsible for setting and executing regular reporting, solving complex problems, and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• At least 5 years of experience working in data analytics and/or insight delivery with a proven record of
creating business value using data
• Prior experience in project management, product management, or process re-engineering
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into appropriate data solutions
• Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau or PowerBI), with proficiency in automation tools (Power
Automate, Alteryx, or similar) a plus
• Exceptional analytical skills and comfortable with handling large data sets and proficient in all MS
Office applications with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on,
and unsupervised environment
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
explain complex or technical topics clearly to diverse stakeholders
