Are you a natural networker with a knack for sparking engaging conversations? Our sales team is looking for a solution-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and nurture our pipeline.
As our SDR, you’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships with potential clients, and work closely with Marketing and our Account Managers (AM) to strategize and execute outreach campaigns. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring promising leads are followed up on proactively and effectively nurtured.
This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation and prospecting—ideally in the IT or SaaS space.
Location 🌍 Remote position open to candidates in Europe.
What Will You Do? 🔧
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by actively prospecting across multiple channels
- Develop and maintain trust-based, consultative relationships, positioning our solutions as valuable business partnerships.
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to prepare and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness to refine targeting and messaging.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to devise strategies that move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients to address questions, share product updates, and keep them engaged.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all lead interactions within the CRM.
What You Bring 🎯
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in IT or SaaS.
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation and prospecting.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
