Role Summary

Position: SDE-1 (1+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SDE1 DevOps Engineer to support our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with senior engineers to maintain reliable systems, learn best practices, and contribute to automating and optimizing our delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Argo CD) for automated build and deployment.

• Support application deployment and environment management in staging and production.

• Learn and apply DevOps best practices under the guidance of senior team members.

• Help monitor systems and troubleshoot basic infrastructure and deployment issues.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth code integration.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting (Bash, Python preferred).

• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and willingness to learn cloud deployment practices.

• Basic understanding of containerization and orchestration concepts.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Kubernetes or infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus) or version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Familiarity with any programming language (Python, Go, Node.js, etc.).
