Right now, we are looking for an Senior Account Manager for the Italy market, who wants to join us in our fight against industry monotony.

You will join with an organisation that is quickly becoming a industry leading business. You will be a part of one of the most exciting gaming businesses and studios to appear in years. You will be a highly motivated and experienced with a desire to achieve success managing operators and partners to maximise profits.

The company creates unique and innovative content played by players across the world and you will have a direct impact on the success of the business its studio and its products. Products including, innovative Casino games, exciting new Arcade games and never-before seen Live Casino Game Shows.

You will be qualified with proven experience in all aspects of gaming account management.  Highly motivated, a team player, excellent customer skills and a proven track record as well as a thirst to work side-by-side with the team developing some of the world’s greatest games.
Responsibilities
  • Build relationships, rapport, and retention with customers in the Italian market.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Drive customer performance and revenue growth by making strategic recommendations
  • Develop positive relationships with internal colleagues, support teams and management
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset in terms of customer satisfaction, support processes, metrics, KPI’s and the user experience
  • Deliver KPIs, Metrics, status reports to management
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset in terms of customer satisfaction and support
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience 
  • Managing customer requests and needs
  • Share knowledge in the teams and help contribute to an open and creative work environment
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of account management with detailed knowledge of the online gaming market in Italy
  • A background and genuine passion for all aspects of the industry and the ability to communicate that excitement and engagement to others
  • High attention to detail and precision in delivery while balancing multiple priorities
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, multi-channel contact centre software
  • High level of integrity, strong analysis, and decision-making skills with an understanding of regulatory challenges
  • Must have internal drive, and seen as a doer while being a positive team-player
  • A passion for great games and pushing boundaries
  • Fluent in English and Italian

  • Location: Malta, UK or Malaga, Spain.
  • You must be an EU member or have a valid work permit for the EU 
  • Desired Start: 1 of January 2025
