This role involves leading backend development efforts, optimizing systems, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and consuming RESTful APIs, with experience in databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL. Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices architecture, message brokers, and CI/CD pipelines is also essential.

Good To Have:

Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration.
Knowledge of security best practices for backend systems.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack).
Ability to mentor and lead a small team of developers.

Must Have:

4+ years backend development experience, with expertise in Go Lang.
Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
In-depth understanding of databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
