Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices architecture, message brokers, and CI/CD pipelines is also essential.

Must have:

4+ years backend development experience, with expertise in Go Lang.
Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
In-depth understanding of databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good to have:

Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration.
Knowledge of security best practices for backend systems.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack).
Ability to mentor and lead a small team of developers.
