The Enablement & Operations (E&O) team enables Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Team to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growth—including compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, tooling, and engineering.
The MCAPS E&O Planning team plays a pivotal role in driving MCAPS’ commercial priorities across the business. The team leads a collaborative global Fiscal Year Planning and Landing process inclusive of all MCAPS teams and regions, working closely with the MCAPS Leadership Team and their Planning/Landing Leaders.
As the Senior Business Program Manager, Planning & Strategic Landing Communications, you will be responsible for building and partnering across MCAPS to communicate and deliver the strategic narrative for the fiscal year. This role is critical in ensuring integrated and cohesive communications across our planning process and strategic outcomes, including creating clarity around priorities and predictability and efficiency in how comms are received. You will be embedded into the MCAPS commercial planning team, reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Planning, but will partner closely with the MCAPS communication leads and planning leader v-team. This opportunity also provides tremendous growth opportunity for someone looking to broaden their perspective on how an end-to-end business is run.

This U.S.-based role offers flexibility in that you can work remotely from home or a Microsoft office near you. As part of a global team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across various time zones, mostly in Pacific Time.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
