Job Description:
What will you work on?
The Sr. Designer will work closely and collaboratively with Designers, VB Managers, Project Managers and Production Managers to ensure all deliverables are met for on-time schedule attainment.
How will you create impact?
- Manages the timelines of the projects assigned
- Maintains a consistently high level of quality, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Effectively communicates all project related progress/issues or concerns to the Visual Branding Director, VB Manager and Project Management in a timely and professional manner
- Solicits creative direction from the VB Director and Manager in a timely manner
- Assist VB Director and Brand Management team where required to develop marketing support materials, creative boards and layout presentations for new and existing business development presentations, new brand initiatives and trade shows
- Collaborates with Structural Engineering, Marketing, Quality Control and Product Development teams as well as overseas agents, as necessary, in the package development and approval process.
- Maintains knowledge of new technologies within your area of expertis
What are your skills and experience?
- Experience in the consumer products industry; toy package design preferred
- Heightened creative and technical abilities including conceptual drawing, and manual illustration a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong graphic and typographic skills
