Job Description
The Senior Facility Services role at GoTo Group involves managing workplace management services, ensuring seamless visitor experiences, efficient meeting room occupancy, and timely parking reimbursements. Responsibilities include managing leader requests, supporting large events, overseeing reception performance, and handling other facility services like courier, waste management, and air purifier maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in facility management, excellent interpersonal and management skills, and strong English communication abilities. Success in this role requires effective stakeholder management and ensuring high standards in all facility-related operations.

Job Details
Senior Facility Services will be responsible in handling Workplace Management Services role ie. Visitor Management, Parking Reimbursement, etc also leaders’ requests on meeting rooms and other WPM related matters. The role is very critical on how to manage leaders’ requirements, managing the Goto Office at PCP, supporting big events, etc.
What You Will Do
- Visitor Management, to ensure seamless and secure visitor experience at Goto Office
- Meeting room Management, to manage meeting room occupancy to the effective rate without any complaints
- Parking registration and reimbursement - Ensure registration and reimbut=rsement to meet SLA
- Reception Management - Ensure Reception performance to meet designated roles
- Other facility services management i.e. courier, waste, air purifier etc. to be managed to the highest standard
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years experience in related roles
- Good interpersonal skills, how to liaise with leaders, stakeholders to attend their requirements
- Management skills
- Able to communicate in English is a must
