The Team

You will be joining one of the cross-professional feature teams, developing features and content for our game. We study relevant features in competing games and make pragmatic choices on whether to develop something new versus taking inspiration from existing mechanics and iterating on them. Player choice, retention, quality of life, accessibility, and customization options (including mod support) are important factors when we develop features and content.

Desirable skills and knowledge

5+ years of relevant experience
Prior experience working with PC and/or console games
Preferably experience working with multiplayer games
Excellent C++ skills
Experience working with Unreal Engine
You have shipped several games
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Very good organizational and communication skills

Role responsibilities

Develop new game features together with other developers
Refactor existing game features
Assist with technical design and planning tasks
Assist with enforcing project code standards
Fix bugs and help with optimization efforts
Mentor other developers
