The Senior HR Manager will lead people initiatives at the growing São Paulo studio. This role involves driving culture change programs, ensuring compliance with Brazilian employment law, and supporting the development of an inclusive, creative workplace. The Senior HR Manager will design and implement culture transformation initiatives, advise leadership on Brazilian labor law compliance, lead employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management. They will also support talent acquisition, onboarding, and internal mobility, deliver training and coaching, manage compensation and benefits, drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and monitor employee engagement.
Must have:

Job Details
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead people initiatives at our growing São Paulo studio. You will drive culture change programs, ensure compliance with Brazilian employment law, and support the development of an inclusive, creative workplace. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for an HR leader passionate about games, culture, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement culture transformation initiatives that support creativity, collaboration, and inclusion.
- Advise leadership on Brazilian labor law (CLT) compliance, employment practices, and HR policies.
- Lead employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and internal mobility in collaboration with the global HR team.
- Deliver training and coaching on company values, culture, management practices, and compliance topics.
- Manage compensation and benefits practices in line with Brazilian market standards.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs at the studio level.
- Monitor employee engagement and propose improvements based on feedback and data insights.
- Align local HR strategies with global programs while adapting them to local regulations and culture.
