The Senior HR Manager will lead people initiatives at the growing São Paulo studio. This role involves driving culture change programs, ensuring compliance with Brazilian employment law, and supporting the development of an inclusive, creative workplace. The Senior HR Manager will design and implement culture transformation initiatives, advise leadership on Brazilian labor law compliance, lead employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management. They will also support talent acquisition, onboarding, and internal mobility, deliver training and coaching, manage compensation and benefits, drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and monitor employee engagement.
