We have an exciting opportunity to join our Legal team in Perth and are currently looking for a Senior Legal Assistant to join the team.

As a Senior Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team, driving operational efficiency, and managing legal processes and matters. You'll also mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their growth and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide excellent quality and timely administrative support to the legal team.
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and research documents.
• Support team development initiatives and assist in project administration.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and conducting searches.
• Manage highly confidential and sensitive documentation/information and ensure accurate production, certification, and filing.
• Assist the Legal Operations Manager by mentoring and supporting the legal operations team in various projects.

What you will bring to the role:

• At least five years of administrative experience within a legal or professional services firm.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
• Experience using document management software and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels.
• A high degree of professional integrity, as confidentiality, is critical.
• In-house experience supporting senior management and executives will be highly regarded.
• Experience with championing change management is highly regarded.
