The Senior Manager for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in the EEA is responsible for leading the CDD team, covering KYC, KYB, EDD, screening, and periodic reviews. This role involves leading the EEA CDD teams, working with country, regional, and global stakeholders, and operating in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include leading a CDD team of over 40 people in Hungary and Malta, providing strategic direction, training, and advisory support, developing and maintaining KYC/KYB policies, procedures, and controls, providing people management and ensuring service level standards are met, liaising with various functions, overseeing new client onboarding, monitoring periodic reviews, preparing onboarding metrics and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
