The Strategy & Operations team is one of several Central teams under Match Group’s Chief Operating Officer. The team plays a critical role in executing high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive operational efficiency and long-term value. Acting as an internal consultant and project manager, the Senior Manager leads priority initiatives across the company, with initial focus on supporting Shared Services design, cost optimization efforts, and strategic enablement of the Match Group portfolio operating model. This leader will drive for results with integrity, seek stakeholder-focused solutions, and bring a balance to long-and short-term priorities.
The Senior Manager reports to the SVP, Head of Strategy and Operations, and partners closely with the other S&O team members, as well as multiple executives, team leaders and teams across Match Group as project work requires.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Work closely with the COO and SVP, Strategy & Operations, to prioritize, design, kick off and as needed lead strategic initiatives, aligned with Match Group priorities
- Lead strategic project management across high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, with pre-determined goals and KPIs
- Align executive sponsors, initiative owners, and functional leads around shared milestones, deliverables, and outcomes
- Ensure project-level coordination across shared services, including SLA/KPI/ OKR tracking and governance implementation
- Work with the new Shared Services leaders to finalize the operating models, design, mission, customer-service orientation, accountability, SLAs, governance - to set them up for long-term success
- Serve as a liaison between Shared Service leaders, BU and Central functions leaders, to ensure aligned expectations, consistent communication, risk escalation, and issue resolution
- Support executive reporting and decision-making by surfacing project status, risks, and resource constraints
We could be a Match if:
- You have 8+ years in strategy consulting, internal strategy, or enterprise program/project management
- You have strong leadership and stakeholder alignment experience across business and technical teams
- You have demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives with no direct ownership, relying on influence and communication
- You have experience designing or managing governance, performance management, portfolio OKRs/ KPIs, or portfolio operations frameworks
- You have strong executive communication skills, including comfort preparing high-impact materials for COO/C-suite audiences
- You are a highly organized self-starter, strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity at scale
$160,000 - $190,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
This salary range is reflective of New York, NY.
The salary range for Dallas, TX is $136,000-$163,000.
For all other locations, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
