Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights to enhance user acquisition and the effectiveness of both performance and brand marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, working closely with Performance and Brand Marketing teams, providing strategic insights based on data analysis, performing ad-hoc analyses to guide marketing decisions, examining marketing performance and user conversion data funnel to identify opportunities to improve ROI, and working with external and internal data teams to enhance the attribution framework. You will also be analyzing TV advertising campaign's effectiveness and assessing differences in performance across markets.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Excel expertise
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion and interest in games
  • Understanding and appreciation of teamwork
Good to have:
  • Experience in the gaming industry
  • Familiarity with performance marketing measurement tools (Adjust or Appsflyer)
  • Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Python, R, Looker)

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights to enhance user acquisition and the effectiveness of both performance and brand marketing campaigns.

Resposibilities

    • Developing and implementing marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
    • Working closely with Performance and Brand Marketing teams and providing strategic insights based on data analysis 
    • Performing ad-hoc analyses to guide marketing decisions
    • Examining marketing performance and user conversion data funnel to identify opportunities to improve ROI
    • Working with external and internal data teams to enhance the attribution framework
    • Analyzing TV advertising campaign's effectiveness, assessing differences in performance across markets

Requirements

    • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the gaming industry
    • Excel expertise is required
    • Familiarity with performance marketing measurement tools, such as Adjust or Appsflyer, is a plus
    • Experience using other data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Looker, or similar software is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Passion and interest in games
    • Understanding and appreciation of teamwork
