The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of game production experience (mobile preferred), a technical or LiveOps background, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating top-quality games. The role requires managing complex projects, mitigating risks, and fostering team motivation.

Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join our Monopoly GO! team in the Sevilla studio on a hybrid basis.

Monopoly GO! is our newest casual game and a key franchise that has just become a chart topping sensation in the 6 months post its worldwide release. The team is based across Europe and the US, and is focused on working cross functionally to create and deliver captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do
The role we are looking to fill will report to the Senior Producer on the project and will be pivotal to delivering well tested and polished new innovative features, improvements and content on time and without crunch. This person will lead development teams to success without needing day-to-day support or supervision. The candidate should be able to execute on a large problem space and be able to work through people to get to the end goal.
- Owning End to End feature team’s development pipeline and process
- Responsible for feature development and delivery - on time and of highest quality
- Responsible for coordinating, organizing, moderating and controlling all production activities in the assigned feature team.
- Covering standard Project Management layer such as planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency management
- Leading and supporting the team in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and mindset.
- Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs
- Setting up very effective, concise, transparent and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
- Leading one or multiple processes improvement that will contribute in improving feature development or overall production pipeline
- Supporting to keep the team's motivation on a higher scale and raising flags in case of anomaly
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Game Production experience (preferably Mobile)
- Technical or LiveOps background
- Enjoys working on live games, able to adapt and execute on the fly
- Strong organization and strategic skills
- Effective communication (written and verbal) that is assertive while empathic and diplomatic
- Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
- Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
- Strong project and people management skills
- A strong passion for making top quality games that players love
