The role demands self-management, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. The tech stack includes JavaScript, React, Java, Spring Boot, Scala, AWS, and TypeScript.

Job Details
N-iX is seeking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the product roadmap and define related milestones.
- Align priorities with stakeholders from the product and engineering organizations.
- Establish, support, and ensure compliance with company product management methods and tools.
- Set success metrics for products and communicate both achievements and failures across the company.
Requirements:
- Digital product management experience, preferably in Marketplaces or e-Commerce.
- Experience with Headless Content Management Systems (ideally Contentful).
- Proven record of building and delivering successful digital products through data-driven decisions, user research, and A/B Testing.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to back up ideas and assumptions, develop insights and recommendations, and define and measure success metrics.
- Self-management, negotiation techniques, conflict management, and strategic thinking.
- Strong business acumen and team development experience.
- Extensive know-how of common product management tools and target group knowledge.
- Product and cross-departmental entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
