We’re currently recruiting a highly skilled Senior Project Specialist to report to the Associate Director of HR Strategy & Operations.

Your role within our Kingdom

• Project manage HR strategic projects from scoping and conception through to delivery and close, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Streamline and optimize BAU HR processes (Talent Planning, Annual Performance/Merit/Promo, Goal Setting, Employee Listening) to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a central point of contact for stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and projects.

• Develop project management tools and best practices to be shared with HR and stakeholders across the organization, driving consistency and operational excellence.

• Provide support on people-related data and queries across the organization, providing insights and analysis to stakeholders.

• Monitor project KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting progress to leadership.

• Support the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and frameworks to meet business needs.

• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools.

• Ensure project compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

• Strong skills in managing projects from initiation through to delivery

• Self-organised and the ability to gather data from various sources

• Excellent ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

• Proficiency in analysing data, gathering insights, and creating reports to inform decision making and track project progress

• Advanced Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Excel, Sharepoint etc)

• Able to manage tight deadlines to ensure key deliverables are met
