What we need from you:

  • Experience: 4+ years in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational or professional services firm.

  • Skill Set: Proficient in sourcing and selection techniques with a knack for managing multiple projects while maintaining quality.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

  • Communication: Excellent in both verbal and written English.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

  • Energy & Enthusiasm: A go-getter attitude with a deep commercial awareness.

What you will be doing:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to making offers.

  • Innovative Talent Attraction: Develop creative strategies to attract top talent, whether from the job market or universities.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers to identify key needs and tailor recruitment strategies to match.

  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and more.

  • Agency Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with third-party recruitment agencies.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Keep track of recruiting activities and provide insights through regular and ad-hoc reports.
