Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform. 

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The Player Accounts and Wallet area is responsible for the creation (via registration) and access control to user accounts.

We’re looking for someone who can bring their passion for quality to the development team. Whilst being adept in manual and automation-based testing, this is not a purely testing role. Promoting the quality assurance process in the context of continuous delivery is crucial, focusing on helping the team to improve their KPI’s like lead time, release failure rates, deployment frequency, number of bugs, system availability, code quality, etc.

The QA will also play a crucial role getting requirements right from the start and being bridge between the business and the delivery team.

You will collaborate daily with the developers and product owners within a cross-functional agile team to deliver new features and improvements, helping to achieve a high-quality product that offers one of the best player experiences in the market.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the team and area.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Support development team to own the quality process and to build in the quality.
  • Champion and consistently improve quality within your team through promotion of
  • quality principles and best practises.
  • Work with the delivery team to convert requirements into manageable user stories.
  • Contribute during the analysis and refinement process to ensure the features are
  • delivered with an appropriate test approach.
  • Promote continuous improvement in the software delivery process based on quality metrics.
  • Ensure each release delivers quality to the customer, whilst meeting business requirements.
  • Communicate and influence quality principles to mitigate risk on releases.
