Senior ServiceNow Developer

We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a fully remote, long-term contract role with a global technology consulting firm known for its innovative solutions and collaborative culture. Candidates in the Pacific Time (PST) zone are preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

• Work with App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub.

• Build workflows, business rules, and custom scripting (JavaScript) for ITSM, CSM, CPQ, and CLM modules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setting.

• Deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code under tight deadlines.

• Participate in technical and managerial client interviews.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Strong expertise in ITSM and JavaScript (required).

• Experience with CSM, CPQ, and CLM modules (preferred).

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability for meetings during PST working hours.

Interview Process:

1. Initial interview with an Onward Search recruiter

2. 1-hour technical interview

3. 30-minute managerial interview

4. Two client interviews (technical + managerial)

5. Background check and drug screening (process may take 3–4 weeks)
