Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript), we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have 8-10 years of exceptional expertise in either MS technologies or Java, coupled with comprehensive proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases. The successful candidate must possess a profound command of Cloud technologies like AWS/AZURE and must be well-versed in Python programming. Furthermore, we require a candidate with a strong track record in designing and applying various design patterns. The ability to lead and manage teams effectively, combined with a demonstrated aptitude for working with Agile methodologies and collaborating seamlessly with multi-country teams, will be instrumental in excelling in this pivotal role.

Major Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for designing and implementing robust and innovative software solutions utilizing either MS technologies or Java in conjunction with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrate proficiency in harnessing the full potential of Cloud technologies (AWS/AZURE) to architect, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable applications.
• Leverage the versatility of Python programming language to augment the functionality and efficiency of software projects.
• Apply industry-best design patterns to ensure the development of scalable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities by guiding and mentoring teams of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across diverse geographical locations, promoting effective communication and synergy.
• Display adeptness in handling large data sets within SQL/NoSQL databases, implementing optimized data processing and storage strategies.
• Advocate and actively participate in Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and delivering projects on schedule with uncompromising quality.
• Remain at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating best practices into the development process to sustain a competitive edge.
• Skillfully navigate and resolve intricate technical challenges, proactively mitigating risks and steering projects towards successful outcomes.

Education And Experience

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Possess an extensive 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with proven expertise in either MS technologies or Java, as well as a profound grasp of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS/AZURE) with a strong track record in designing and deploying cloud-based applications.
• Exhibit adeptness in Python programming language and demonstrate its effective application in software projects.
• Showcase a comprehensive understanding of various design patterns and demonstrate their practical implementation in real-world scenarios.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and mentor fellow software developers effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prior experience working in fast-paced, multi-country team environments.
• Exhibit proficiency in handling and optimizing large data sets within both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and established software development best practices.
