Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager, Ads Content will manage operations, track metrics, meet goals, and lead vendor management. Responsibilities include maintaining processes, training to reduce costs, optimizing resources, exploring automation, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and driving operational improvements. The role requires effective stakeholder management across Google and vendors, facilitating communication, and acting as an escalation point. This position involves managing service delivery, making efficient decisions, leading change, using product and business insights to drive operations, launching new workflows, and balancing operational and business goals. The candidate will work with gTech Ads, supporting customers with ad products, providing services from self-help to complex technical solutions, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in operations and customer-facing roles
  • Experience identifying process issues and creating solutions
  • Cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Budget management and operational improvement expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Good to have:
  • Experience with senior executives in fast-paced environments
  • Cross-geographical stakeholder management
  • Business transformation program delivery
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and with multiple technology partners

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
  • 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting operations.
  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • 5 years of experience in operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with senior executives in a fast paced environment, experience working with cross-functional, cross-geographical stakeholders.
  • Ability to consistently deliver business transformation programs in a fast paced and dynamic environment, work through ambiguity, across multiple technology partners.
  • Ability to self-initiate and deliver for long, short and medium term priorities of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations, track metrics, meet goals. Lead vendor management. Maintain processes and train to reduce costs without impacting quality. Optimize resources and eliminate waste. Explore automation and consolidation.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, service-level agreements, and policies. Manage budgets. Drive operational improvements for Google.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across Google and vendors. Facilitate clear communication and act as an escalation point.
  • Manage service delivery and work with senior stakeholders. Make efficient decisions and lead change.
  • Use product and business insights to drive operations and scaling strategy. Launch new workflows and ensure readiness. Balance operational and business goals.
