The Opportunity:

Postman is seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to ensure our efforts are aligned with product growth goals. You’ll play a key role in understanding the impact of marketing on product usage and making this information accessible to internal teams. Collaborating across departments, you'll help guide marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic decisions based on data-driven findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for marketing analytics, collaborating with marketing ops, product marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards to track and report on marketing performance on growth KPIs such as adoption, attribution, product usage, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Data Engineering team to develop a comprehensive data dictionary, and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct audits and analyses to identify gaps in marketing data and implement solutions to address them.
  • Support marketing operations by optimizing data pipelines, enhancing campaign attribution, and improving automation frameworks.
  • Help identify opportunities for customer segmentation frameworks to enable effective targeting for marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate insights and data-driven strategies to key stakeholders across departments through presentations and reports.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL (knowledge of Python or R is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and product data sets, including web traffic, intent data, attribution, and product engagement metrics.
  • Expertise in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to build clear, actionable dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce object relationships and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • Experience with data orchestration and CDP tools such as Segment.io.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data insights for business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Familiarity with Postman’s product offerings and API ecosystems.
  • Prior experience building and architecting data pipelines and marketing technology integrations.

This is an on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay area & the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $110,627 - $130,150 & a competitive equity package.
