As a Project Manager at G-P, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects for the Product Marketing Team. You will need to be highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances. Your ability to hold teams accountable, track performance, and communicate progress will be key to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with various teams such as marketing, product, sales, and engineering to ensure timely delivery and alignment on project objectives.
- Product Launch Management: Support the management and execution of product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and launch activities are carried out efficiently.
- Adaptability & Quick Pivoting: Demonstrate the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities, business needs, and market conditions while maintaining focus on delivering key project goals.
- Accountability & Ownership: Ensure teams are held accountable for meeting deadlines and achieving milestones. Address challenges and remove blockers to keep projects on track.
- Meeting Facilitation: Host and facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, retrospectives, and performance reviews, to ensure alignment, drive decision-making, and ensure that projects stay on course.
- Campaign Tracking & Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration across teams, remove silos, and ensure open, transparent communication. Act as a liaison between different departments to drive cohesion and alignment.
- Prioritization & Organization: Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring that high-impact projects and tasks are addressed in alignment with business goals. Maintain exceptional organizational skills to keep projects on schedule.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the effort to continuously improve project management processes, advocate for the adoption of best practices, and create efficiencies to optimize team performance.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing product launches is a must.
- Ability to pivot quickly and effectively when priorities shift or new challenges arise.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on high-priority initiatives and balance competing demands.
- Experience facilitating meetings, driving team accountability, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate project updates and key information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of removing silos, fostering collaboration, and improving inter-departmental relationships.
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset—always asking "why" to understand root causes and improve processes.
- PMP certification is preferred.
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $113,600 - $142,000 plus variable compensation.
