The team:
This position is located within our Global Sales organisation and part of the Global Sales Operations division. Global Sales operations objective is to support and promote that best practices are accessible and used by Sales, Marketing and Operations. This involves: Sales forecasting, Sales trend analyses, Sales KPIs, Opportunity funnel, Margin management, Customer description, Capacity management, Inventory analyses.
You will joining a highly experienced team spread across the globe providing you a fast learning opportunity while working from distance in a very multicultural environment.
Objective of this internship program is to build a pipeline of high potential individuals with strong energy and desire to learn who could join our selective “new college graduate program”.
Your Responsibilities
This internship has 2 possible tracks:
The overall set of responsibilities will fit within below mentioned domain areas:
Business Analysis — you will review the sales pipeline and actuals information, and work towards unravelling the data to identify patterns and next steps.
Process re-engineering —you will work to review the processes of our sales organization, and help to drive metrics around how we the Sales management team is performing through those processes.
System Optimization— you will work in all of our sales systems to drive improved performance. Typical systems used are salesforce.com, Power BI and Tableau or any new systems introduced into the organization.
Your Profile
Education level : You are currently pursing your Masters in economics/ mathematics/ physics /Engineering with strong background in mathematics (statistics) and have at least two of following skills:
A good level of English is required, working in an international multi-site team.
