This role requires leading a VIP Account Management team, ensuring top-tier service for high-value players. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training, setting goals, developing exclusive promotions and loyalty incentives, analyzing player behavior, overseeing VIP chat interactions, improving VIP management processes, and reporting to upper management. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, experience in VIP player management (gaming, social casino, sweepstakes), deep understanding of player behavior and engagement, analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience with VIP promotions, loyalty programs, Tableau, and CRM tools. Adaptability to fast-changing priorities is crucial.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a VIP Team Leader to take our high-value player experience to the next level. As a VIP Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our VIP Account Managers team, ensuring top-tier service for our most valued players. Your role will focus on optimizing player engagement, improving team performance, and working with internal teams to enhance the VIP experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support the VIP management team, ensuring high-quality service
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, provide training, and set goals
  • Work with the product teams to develop exclusive promotions, new features, bonuses, and loyalty incentives
  • Analyze player behavior to optimize offers and communication strategies
  • Oversee VIP chat interactions and provide feedback to VIP managers
  • Continuously improve VIP management processes and tools for efficiency and scalability
  • Report on the results of the team to upper management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in VIP player management (gaming, social casino, sweepstakes sector)
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing VIP teams (2+ years)
  • Deep understanding of player behavior and engagement strategies
  • Analytical mindset to optimize player engagement and retention
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with VIP promotions, loyalty programs, Tableau and CRM tools
  • Adaptability to fast-changing priorities and business needs
