Tesla's Easter Camp 2025 at the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg offers a unique 4-day internship (April 22-25, 2025) for pre-graduation students or those who have interrupted their studies. Participants gain hands-on experience in the foundry, working with metal and learning about professions like toolmaker and foundry mechanic. Successful candidates may receive an apprenticeship contract starting September 1, 2025. The program provides insight into Tesla's work culture and offers a potential career path in a future-oriented field. This exclusive opportunity is limited to a small number of participants.

Must have:

Near school graduation (at least Hauptschule/Mittlere Reife)
Interest in hands-on work with metal
Desire for a future-oriented career
Resume and last two school reports (PDF)

Willkommen beim Tesla Easter Camp 2025 – dein Sprungbrett in eine spannende Ausbildung in der Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg!

Vom 22. bis 25. April 2025 öffnen wir unsere Türen für dich: In einem 4-tägigen Praktikum kannst du deine handwerklichen Fähigkeiten in unserer Gigafactory unter Beweis stellen. Wenn du uns beeindruckst, hast du am Ende die Chance, einen Ausbildungsvertrag für den 1. September 2025 in den Händen zu halten (zum Beispiel für die Ausbildung zum Werkzeugmechaniker oder Gießereimechaniker).

What You’ll Do

Einblick in die Welt der Gießerei: Lerne spannende Berufe wie den Gießereimechaniker und Werkzeugmechaniker kennen
Praxis pur: Arbeite selbst mit Metall und sammle deine ersten handwerklichen Erfahrungen
Exklusive Teilnahme: Nur weniger Teilnehmer*innen dürfen dabei sein – das macht das Camp zu etwas ganz Besonderem!
Teamwork und Firmenkultur: Erlebe, was es heißt, Teil unserer einzigartigen Gemeinschaft zu sein
Deine Chance: Am Ende kannst du mit etwas Glück direkt in eine Ausbildung ab 01.09.25 bei uns starten

What You’ll Bring

Du stehst kurz vor Deinem Schulabschluss (mindestens Hauptschule oder Mittleren Schulabschluss) oder hast dein Studium abgebrochen und möchtest neu durchstarten
Du hast Interesse an praktischer Arbeit, Werkstattluft und dem Arbeiten mit Metall
Du möchtest einen spannenden Beruf erlernen, der Zukunft hat
