It's an exciting time to join the Compensation Team at Netflix as we continue to expand! At Netflix, we have a unique approach to compensation which helps us attract and retain stunning colleagues around the world. We pay employees at their personal top of market for the role we’re hiring them into by making a good-faith estimate of the compensation each person could make at peer firms. This requires managers and the Talent team to combine competitive data we are able to extract from the external market alongside conventional data sources. To do this effectively, we need a compensation team that can balance both the art and science of compensation levels and design.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our compensation strategy and ensuring the alignment of our practices with our unique compensation philosophy. You will leverage your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations that enhance our compensation programs and support decision-making across the organization. The Compensation Analyst will be based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough analyses to support compensation benchmarking and develop insights that inform our pay structures. Create data-driven recommendations to support HR and business leaders.

  • Program Support and Development: Contribute to the development and rollout of global compensation programs, ensuring they are effective and aligned with organizational goals. Participate in activities such as annual compensation reviews, pay equity initiatives, and compensation training.

  • Data Management and Integrity: Manage and analyze compensation data to maintain accuracy and integrity across various platforms. Conduct regular audits and improve systems to support data-driven decision-making.
