Testing Manager

Seeking a Controls Testing Manager to lead testing activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials as part of a global finance transformation. This role coordinates with audit, finance, and project teams to ensure effective SOX and operational controls testing.

This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in El Segundo, CA, and is hybrid preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead controls testing across 15+ workstreams during ERP implementation

• Coordinate with internal audit and stakeholders to ensure testing quality and completeness

• Manage test plans, execution, documentation, and status reporting

• Support SOX and non-SOX control testing and remediation

• Track progress, manage risks, and support audits and post-implementation reviews

Required Skills:

• 3–5+ years in SOX/audit/finance roles

• 5+ years in finance/accounting with audit-facing roles and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

• Strong knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, FP&A) and business cycles (O2C, R2R, P2P)

• Experience in large ERP implementations

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to Coupa, Workday, High Radius

• Background in audit or internal controls

• Experience in global enterprise environments
