Ninja Van is seeking a Trade Marketing professional with 1+ year of experience in loyalty programs and ecommerce. The role requires strong project management skills and involves supporting day-to-day operations of the rewards program, planning and executing trade events, market research, and analyzing the effectiveness of trade promotion plans.

Responsibilities

Support inday-to-dayoperationsofrewards programfromrewardsfulfilment, feedback gathering,shippersmanagement,monitoringof adoptionrate/utilizationrate,regular managementreporting, toiterationsand optimizationsof theprograms;
Support inplanningandexecutingof online/offlinetradeeventsincludingbutnot limitedtoTradeShows,ShipperEngagement Events,andMarketplaceSellersEvents;
Support inconductingmarketresearchand analyzingmarket trendstoproposestrategies andactionplans;
Support inanalyzingtheeffectivenessofall tradepromotionplansimplementedand recommendappropriateimprovementplans;
Support inperformingpostevaluationsof the plannedactivities,eventsandprovideinsights forfutureactivities;

Requirements

1+ experience working as Trade Marketing, Loyal Program in Ecommerce,Express industries
Strong project management skills
Photoshop/Designing skill is a bonus
Bachelor'sDegree

Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, 307/21 Nguyen Van Troi, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.

Salary and benefits:
