Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company focused on providing hassle-free delivery services across Southeast Asia. Since its launch in 2014, it has grown to become the largest and fastest-growing last-mile logistics company in the region, serving over 35,000 merchants and delivering more than 1,000 parcels per minute across six countries. The Human Resources Unit is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment to development, retention, and separation. The unit aims to build a close-knit culture, promote professional and leadership growth, and drive high performance while ensuring compliance with labor standards. The intern will assist with researching Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) rules, consolidating labor-related cases and reports, creating a DOLE Regional Office directory, and generating employee relations reports.

The Human Resources Unit manages the entire life cycle of each employee - from attraction, recruitment, oboarding, development, retention and separation. The unit focuses on strategizing initiatives and solutions that build a close-knit culture, encourages professional and leadership growth and drive high performance among employees. It also ensures that the company is compliant to work and compensation standards set by relevant government agencies such as the Department of Labor.
Main Duties:
1. Research on current DOLE rules of procedure, including reportorial requirements for separations, compliance audits and labor complaints.
2. Assist in consolidating all labor related cases, compliances and reports in the DOLE Consolidated Tracker.
3. Creation of DOLE Regional Office directory
4. Assists in the generation of Employee Relations reports, including performance of ER Team and External Stakeholders.
5. Research and compile recent relevant rulings on employment.
