Job Description
As a Warehouse Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket services. Your responsibilities include creating operating models for clients, defining roles and responsibilities, and creating performance management processes. You will manage the flow of goods and services, work with associates on daily operations delivery, and drive business savings. You will also guide and mentor analytics and operations teams, monitor and interpret KPIs/SLAs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves analyzing and solving complex problems, with interactions with peers, clients, and Accenture management. You will be given minimal instruction on daily work and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Decisions made will impact your work and potentially others. This role is an individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort/team.
Must Have:
- Manage supply chain initiatives focused on delivery assurance.
- Determine required materials and generate purchase orders.
- Schedule and oversee material and product supply and delivery.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Generate client reports and meet agreed frequencies.
- Provide root cause and what-if analysis.

What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services.Creating the operating model for our clients including shaping the future structure of the organization including which capabilities should reside in-house or those that should be done by leveraging an ecosystem partner (determining which parts of the organization should be done at the corporate level, BU/brand or as a shared service), defining roles and responsibilities, creating performance management processes and KPIs. You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of goods and services Work closely with associates to manage the daily operations delivery Responsible to drive business saving with offshore, onshore & client team as per defined targets while working from client site Should be able to guide & mentor analytics and operation teams to drive business outcomes Monitor and interpret process KPI’s/SLA daily Need to be a good team player and lead, involve the team members for smooth day to day operation · Should be able to motivate, guide his team to achieve team target · Effective in allocation the workload within team · Should be able to understand team pulse and react effectively · Accountable for coaching, mentoring and motivating analysts & associates
What are we looking for? Manage a Supply chain team of associates that is responsible for delivering various Supply Chain initiatives majorly focused on delivery assurance, exception management & inventory management. Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders. Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations. Work closely with client and address risks/queries independently Generate client required reports and agreed frequencies. Work closely with the managers to understand their supply chain goals. To align business requirements with systems and process solutions that ensure overall objectives are met. Provide Root cause analysis, What if analysis in the domain of PO placements/On-Time delivery/Inventory Planning/Exception Management Demonstrated competency evaluating operational performance, formulating actionable tactics and strategies, developing business cases for change, and managing change in a supply chain context. · Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset · Ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
