As a working student (m/f/d) in Community Management, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our community of doctors. Your focus will be on verifying newly registered doctors and ensuring a smooth registration process. At the same time, you will gain exciting insights into the world of digital health and the work of a dynamic, innovative team.

  • Verification of new doctors: checking registration data and ensuring that only authorised professionals have access to the platform
  • Support in maintaining the community by actively contributing to the quality and security of our community.
  • Communication: Contact person for new community members who need support in the registration process.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the efficiency of the registration process.
  • Opportunity to take on smaller projects that promote engagement within the community.growth of the community
WHAT YOU BRING 
  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of communication, economics, health management or a comparable degree programme.
  • You are able to work in a structured and careful manner, especially when it comes to checking data.
  • Friendly and open demeanour, also in written communication with community members.
  • Interest in digital health and enjoy being part of an innovative community.
  • Ideally some experience in customer service, community management or project work.

Werkstudent Community Management (m/w/d)
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Community Management unterstützt du maßgeblich die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Ärzte-Community. Dabei liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf der Verifizierung von neu registrierten Ärzten und der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Registrierungsprozesses. Gleichzeitig bekommst du spannende Einblicke in die Welt des Digital Health und in die Arbeit eines dynamischen, innovativen Teams.

  • Verifizierung neuer Ärzte: Überprüfung der Registrierungsdaten und Sicherstellung, dass nur autorisierte Fachkräfte Zugang zur Plattform erhalten.
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege der Community, indem du aktiv zur Qualität und Sicherheit unserer Community beiträgst.
  • Kommunikation: Ansprechpartner für neue Community-Mitglieder, die Unterstützung im Registrierungsprozess benötigen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um die Effizienz des Registrierungsprozesses kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Strukturiertes und sorgfältiges Arbeiten liegt dir, insbesondere wenn es um die Überprüfung von Daten geht.
  • Freundliches und offenes Auftreten, auch in der schriftlichen Kommunikation mit Community-Mitgliedern.
  • Interesse an Digital Health und Freude daran, Teil einer innovativen Community zu sein.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenservice, Community Management oder Projektarbeit.
