About the Role: 

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to help manage day-to-day office functions and enhance the overall employee experience. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for staff needs, contribute to a well-organized and efficient work environment, and support the Workplace & Experience Manager with various operational responsibilities. You’ll take initiative in solving issues, suggesting improvements, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth setting. This position requires an on-site presence four days a week, with flexibility for a fifth day based on business requirements.

What You’ll Do: 

● Greet and assist all employees and guests by providing day-to-day front-of-office support, maintaining the highest levels of helpfulness and friendliness at all times.

● Conduct daily office walkthroughs to ensure a clean, functional, and safe environment, identifying areas for improvement.

● Resetting communal seating areas and conference rooms after meetings to ensure a tidy, clutter-free environment.

● Support food & beverage programs, office supplies management, scanning, shipping & receiving mail (40lbs) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

● Collaborate with internal teams to support employee moves, event setups, and general office needs.

● Collaborate with the workplace team to plan, source, and execute events such as month-end happy hours, lunches, and engagement pop-ups.

● Respond to workplace tickets and employee inquiries, ensuring the resolution of office- related needs promptly.

● Act as a resource for employees, advising on workplace best practices and solutions while escalating issues when necessary.

● Coordinate and assist with the management of our desk booking platform.

● Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

Who You Are:

● 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as administrative support, office management, customer service, or community-building positions (preferably in a high-
growth tech company).

● Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides), and MS Office (excel, word).

● Approachable and accommodating to others, with the ability to push back where necessary.

● A naturally outgoing and sociable person who thrives on engaging with others throughout the day and takes pride in brightening someone’s day.

● Strong attention to detail, ensuring workplace standards and checklists are consistently upheld.

● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, exercising sound judgment in fast-paced situations.

● Confidence in being the voice of the office: maintaining clear lines of verbal and written communication with the NY HQ and key stakeholders.

● Strong sense of integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.

● Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures.

● Has a desire to learn and grow within the workplace, community & experience function.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

Compensation Range

$45,000 - $60,000 USD
