We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team in Manila and are currently looking for an Account Executives for LuckyLand Slots to join the team.

The Account Executive will be patient, empathetic, and communicative. You will put yourself in VGW customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to you. You are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. You value customer feedback.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, helping them make informed decisions. 
  • Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and low customer effort scores based on feedback surveys and reviews.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the company's products/services to help customers make sound decisions.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complex customer problems efficiently. 
  • Share knowledge and best practices to improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on new processes, technologies, and tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Handle escalated tickets.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Tenure of more than 1 year with the current role, Customer Service or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction
