The Agency Lead manages a portfolio of agencies in Chile and Peru, fostering growth through relationship building and strategic planning. Responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships with executive clients, analyzing business challenges and marketing objectives, and creating plans that align Google, agency, and client imperatives. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape (Display & Video 360), and the ability to educate agencies on Google's products and innovations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or consulting, and a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Must have:
  • 5 years digital advertising/sales experience or 3 years with advanced degree
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Relationship building with executives and stakeholders
  • Strategic planning and execution
  • DV360 and programmatic landscape knowledge
Good to have:
  • Experience managing multiple projects and business leads
  • Ability to develop joint business plans
  • Experience in online ad sales, business-development, marketing or consulting sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluenty as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building relationships with executives, managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in online ad sales, business-development, marketing or consulting sales.
  • Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence or collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain focus on details where necessary, and complete a volume of work.

As an Agency Lead, you will manage a portfolio of agencies in Chile and Peru, developing and nurturing relationships to growth. Serve as a trusted advisor for agencies, leveraging the experience to solve their challenges and drive success.
In this role, you will build and maintain a knowledge of Display and Video 360 (DV360) and the programmatic landscape, and serve as thought leader to agencies around the evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and partner stakeholders. Develop an understanding of business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Analyze what levers are most effective in helping the team bring more business for their respective accounts. Approach teams with a unique plan/strategy and ideas on how to drive more momentum.
  • Develop plans that align Google, agency, and client account imperatives.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of annual partnership plans that optimize business for Google and build the businesses/capabilities of agencies.
  • Educate agencies on all core products/innovations and the opportunities associated with partnering with Google, and provide air cover for the team and our training team.
